Avante provides you with information regarding various materials
and product options for your project and you make your desired
selections.

PRODUCT SAMPLES
Knight
Avante provides you with complete shop drawings, renderings,
product samples and mock-ups for your approval.
5.
PRODUCT PERFECTION
Based
upon your review of our submittals, Knight Avante will make
any changes you request. Those changes will then be submitted
for your approval before we proceed. This process is repeated
as many times as necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction.
6.
FABRICATION
Only
after you are completely satisfied do we process your order
for fabrication.
7.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
As
your order nears completion, your Project Manager will notify
you. The Regional Project Manager will advise you of delivery
timetables, off-loading schedules, and update you on any special
requirements for the receipt of your order.
Once
your order arrives at the project site, a complete inspection
will ensure the perfection of all products upon arrival. If
desired, Knight Avante will install all elements with our
guarantee that your products will be installed correctly,
quickly and without damage.
8.
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE TRAINING
As
part of our complete service package, Knight Avante will provide
a comprehensive maintenance manual. All maintenance requirements
will be outlined and product repair kits will be supplied.
9.
ON-SITE APPROVAL
In
order to ensure your total satisfaction with the entire project
and each of its individual elements, you or your agents will
be guided through a final on-site approval process.

WARRANTY & FOLLOW-UP
All
Knight Avante products come with full warranties designed
to accommodate your individual project guarantee and warranty
